We are talking about bicycles, specifically city e-bikes, which were designed for the special challenges of urban areas.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe hallmarks of an e-city bike are uncomplicated technology, a frame that makes it easier to get on and off, and the easy option of transporting smaller things such as shopping from the supermarket. This is exactly what we were guided by when developing our new city e-bike. Of course, as with all e-bikes from the myvélo range, style should not be neglected. It is equipped with a comfortable but stable wave frame, has disc brakes, a 9-speed derailleur and solid equipment with LED headlights, mudguards and a sturdy luggage rack. Wave frames are the most commonly used frame shape for city bikes and for good reason, because they offer real advantages in the hustle and bustle of the city. This is especially true for getting on and off safely, because the wave frame does not have a top tube. In order to still achieve the necessary stability, the head tube is made thicker. In the City E-Bike Nizza, we used the space created to accommodate the battery. This means that it is never in the way, increases the stability of the frame and does not spoil the appearance of the city bike. A recessed lock in the frame protects the battery from unauthorized removal and also ensures a stable hold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThe frame and suspension fork are made of aluminum. This achieves a level of rigidity that guarantees safe handling of the e-bike, even when riding over the cobblestones in the old town with full bags. With a total weight of 23.4 kilograms, the Nizza can be safely ridden by men and women of all ages and the low entry makes it easier for older people in particular to control the bike. The frame is available in a unisex version that is very suitable for body sizes from 1.50 to 1.85 meters. With a torque of 45 Nm, climbs are no problem, even with full bags on the luggage rack. The 504Wh battery housed in the frame is designed for an average range of 70 kilometers. This covers all requirements in urban areas and there is still enough energy for a short ride around the lake or through the forest. Another aspect of safety concerns visibility in traffic. The gear group, designed for everyday use, has a sporty focus and is therefore ideal for urban use. The functionality and comfort of the group correspond to the well-known Shimano standard. Shifting is done via the thumb shifter attached to the handlebar, which is easy to use and shows the gear engaged.
