The 48V, 14Ah (672Wh) lithium-ion battery provides a range of up to 110 km, so nothing stands in the way of a long bike tour. Naturally, the Ipanema e-folding bike can be recharged at any standard wall socket or charging station.

When developing our e-folding bikes, we place great emphasis on safety. To ensure this, we use only high-quality materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

The Ipanema's folding mechanism features a highly reliable safety lock. The joints and hinges within are designed to function even under the most demanding conditions. Optimized frame geometry ensures superior handling and performance. Additional safety is provided by the vegan leather comfort grips, which offer a secure and non-slip hold.

The Kenda 20-inch tires with extra width offer additional safety. These provide more surface area, thus enabling increased traction even on slippery or loose surfaces.

For our Ipanema e-folding bikes, we exclusively use high-quality 160 mm Tektro-hydraulic brakes. The use of hydraulic brakes enables a very direct and reliable braking response with minimal effort. Unlike conventional brakes, hydraulic brakes are unaffected by moisture or mud, thus offering excellent braking performance even in adverse weather conditions.

Even the comfort grips made of vegan leather are more than just stylish: the non-slip material provides a better grip. Additionally, the soft material offers a high level of comfort, which is especially important on long bike rides.
