SERVICE CONSULTANT - Flagship Store OBERKIRCH (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS AT MYVELO

You support and advise our customers personally on site and also by email and telephone
You will receive customer bikes in our flagship store and create the corresponding service order
Your tasks also include preparing cost estimates and offers for repairs and services
You are responsible for scheduling customer appointments
In addition, invoicing customer orders and creating credit notes are part of your daily work

HOW TO JOIN US

You have completed commercial training or training with a technical background
You enjoy dealing with customers and have a strong customer focus
You are product-oriented because biking is not just a hobby for you, but a passion
You are confident in using MS Office
Ideally, you have already gained experience in complaint and claims management
