In the highly competitive UCI 1.1 race, in which numerous WorldTour teams participated, our team showed an impressive performance and demonstrated fighting spirit at the highest level.
Strong race and impressive team performance
The two Swiss riders, Jan Sommer and Nils Brun, stayed in the first group until the finale, battling for the top spots. But the challenging course with tight corners, steep climbs, and classic cobblestones put the entire field to the test. The fact that it was not quite enough for the top positions in the end was mainly due to the exhausting catch-up races after several technical defects and crashes in the second half of the race.

But the success was not based solely on individual performances, but on the strength of the team: Timon Loderer, Christoph Janssen, Miron Lipp, Tillmann Sarnowski, and Meo Amann not only rode a strong race themselves, but also unconditionally supported their teammates. They supported Sommer and Brun in crucial race situations and once again demonstrated the team spirit that characterizes the MYVELO Pro Cycling Team.
A start that makes you want more
With this strong start to the season, our team has earned a lot of respect from higher-level teams and event organizers right from the start. This gives us momentum for the upcoming races and allows us to look optimistically toward the next challenges.
