Züger breaks the hour mark at the Andeer–Juf hill climb
Just one week after his spectacular triumph at the Arlberg Giro, climbing specialist Andrin Züger has once again made headlines. The MYVELO Pro Cycling Team rider secured a commanding victory in the storied Andeer–Juf mountain race – and in record time.

New course record in under one hour
Züger completed the 27-kilometer course with a whopping 1,200 meters of elevation gain in 58 minutes and 35 seconds . He beat the previous course record by a full two minutes and became the first officially measured rider to break the magical one-hour barrier.
The second-placed rider, MYVELO teammate Luca Jenni , also achieved something historic: with a time of 59:23 minutes, he also stayed under the sound barrier.
MYVELO riders in top form
The double podium shows that the two Swiss mountain specialists are returning from their summer break in top form . The MYVELO Pro Cycling Team is highly motivated as they enter the final third of the season – starting on Sunday, August 17 , at the UCI 1.1 race Polynormande in western France.
